Our commitment to developer privacy, zero telemetry, and self-hosted data ownership.
AgentLaunch is completely self-hosted software. The downloadable codebase contains zero remote telemetry, tracking beacons, analytics scripts, or phone-home requests. When you deploy the boilerplate, your code and databases belong 100% to you.
01.Data We Do NOT Collect
Because AgentLaunch runs on your own hosting infrastructure (Vercel, Railway, Supabase, Fly.io, or your own VPS), we never have access to:
- Your OpenAI, Anthropic, or LLM inference API keys.
- Your customer data, vector database embeddings, or document chunks.
- Chat logs, prompt completions, or user queries.
- Your Stripe secret API keys or customer billing accounts.
- Your database connection strings and passwords.
02.Information Collected on Our Website
When you visit our public marketing website (agentlaunch.dev), we practice minimal data collection:
We use Plausible Analytics to understand general website traffic. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, does not track across devices, and does not store IP addresses. It is fully GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant by default.
Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record partners (Lemon Squeezy / Polar). They collect necessary billing details (email address, billing country, VAT number) solely to process your license transaction and generate compliant tax invoices. We never store credit card numbers on our servers.
03.GitHub Repository Access & Delivery
To grant you repository access and lifetime code updates, we collect your GitHub username and email address provided during checkout. This data is used exclusively to send an automated GitHub invitation to the private PySaasAI/agentlaunch repository.
04.Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)
Regardless of where you reside, you have the right to:
- Request confirmation of any customer account details we hold.
- Request immediate deletion of your purchase record from our customer list.
- Request an invoice or proof of VAT compliance.
